Mpho Mahlakanya, Mr
Senior Business Development Management (BDM) & Transformation Coach
Mr Mpho is the Managing Director (MD) of Empore Corporations, (Pty) Ltd since 2012, and the company’s subsidiaries’ Executive Managing Consultant. He exhibit a decade plus of business management and corporate experience as the founder, executive and seasoned entrepreneur with the passion to work and develop businesses and organisations.
He played an instrumental role in developing Empore Corporations, more especially its subsidiary Empore Publishers from a small start-up when it was founded in 2012, into a growing industry player with a reputation in hybrid books and document publishing.
In 2022 he founded Profound Transformation Life Coaching (PTLC). In early 2023 he founded a media and newspaper publication SekgoseseVoice specialising on journalism and advertising. During his business career, Mr Mpho completed and acquired his Business Development Management certificate with the University of Cape Town. He also completed and acquired the Life Coaching, Transformation Coach, Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner (NLP) and Emotional Therapy certificates at Burke and Isobel’s Transformation Academy.
In 2025 he was appointed Provincial Executive Secretary for the Limpopo Authors and Publishers Association (LAPA), a sector overseen by Limpopo Department of Sport, Arts and Culture through Limpopo Arts and Culture Council (LACC).
